If you complete your order after 12 PM, your parcel would be shipped on the next postage day. Tracking number will be provided through email or sms once we have shipped out your order. If you have not received your order within 3 working days, please contact admin@laziz.com.my

Domestic Delivery
We are using Poslaju services for dry product and Lineclear Express service for frozent product (West Malaysia only).

We not responsible & refund your money if any mistake for your site. You should make a full payment before process order

Returns & Refunds

If you received the wrong item, please drop us an email at admin@laziz.com.my or WhatsApp us at 092902256 to discuss the issue. To be eligible for a return, please provide us with a definitive proof along with the receipt or proof of purchase. Returns must be made within 7 days from the date you received your order. We will not cover the return shipping fees.

We are not responsible for items damaged or missing during delivery.

We will notify you once we have received your return. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method if your return is approved. Please note that it may take some time before the refund is reflected in your account, depending on your bank.

In circumstances where you noticed a mistake after placing your order (e.g. product, shipping address), please contact us right away and we will do our best to resolve the matter.
